Manufactured by Semitec, this glass thermistor is encapsulated with a copper jacket by E3D to improve heat transfer and to add strength and stability for secure installation into a hot end heater block.

This 100k Semitec NTC Thermistor is used to sense temperatures up to 300°C (572°F). Select temperature table #5 for the correct temperature reading in Marlin-based firmware.

Designed as a direct replacement for the thermistor used on the LulzBot Long Block Hot End and LulzBot TAZ MOARstruder Tool Head, this component is terminated with bare connector pins.
