AIRWOLF 3D accepts returns on a very limited basis. All products have a 14-day return policy. Within 14 days of purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange any item you find to be faulty. After 14 days of purchase, returns will not be accepted. All shipping costs associated with the order are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All of our 3D printers come with a 12-month warranty and 6 months of unlimited 3D printer tech support. The warranty covers the cost of replacement parts and labor for repairs at our facility.
