Wolfbite NITRO is a premium adhesive solution designed to bond Nylon-based parts to the 3D print bed and to allow their smooth release when completed. Airwolf 3D developed Wolfbite NITRO in cooperation with renowned polymer chemist Dr. Midodrag “Mickey” Micic, Sc.D, Ph.D., M.T.M., who currently serves as department chair and professor at Cerritos College. Together, Airwolf 3d and Dr. Micic developed an adhesion formula that strongly bonds Nylon-based parts to heated glass print beds. Many users discovered the hard way that Nylon material tends to resist adhering to the print bed. This can result in lifting around the edges of a print, commonly known in the industry as “warpage.” The most common method of promoting adhesion between Nylon-based parts and the print bed used to be a combination of PET film and washable glue which many users cited as costly, messy, and just plain inconvenient. Wolfbite NITRO solves all that! With just a single coat of Wolfbite NITRO, users can bond multiple projects to their 3D print beds and cleanly release the objects when they are completed, using water to help release the objects.

Simply spread a thin coat of Wolfbite NITRO over the print bed with the foam brush provided. Just one coat of Wolfbite NITRO is enough to ensure proper adhesion between Nylon Based parts and the glass or ceramic print bed for multiple prints. Each 2 oz. bottle of WolfBite NITRO provides enough adhesive power to yield over 50 prints, and every 4 oz. bottle will yield over 100 prints! DIRECTIONS

• Shake well Remove lid and dip foam applicator into solution. (May be necessary to warm bottle for 5-10 seconds max in microwave.)
• Apply by painting on cold glass with long strokes, covering the entire build area.
• Place glass onto heatbed and preheat. Place glass onto heatbed and preheat to 60-80C

ADDITIONAL TIPS

• Clean glass plate and applicator with clean water only. Soap and other cleansers will contaminate Wolfbite solution and cause unstable performance.
• To remove excess formula, razor blade may be used to gently scrape the glass plate under running water. Please exercise caution.
